Incoming Echolink connections from PC nodes are NOT accepted

To call an IRLP node, dial the node number as usual. Dial 73 to disconnect.
To call an Echolink node, dial "0"[zero] followed by the node number. Dial # or 73 to disconnect.
Additional dial codes: 411 for node connection status. *69 for last IRLP calls. *# for time of day.
